Before placing an order, I want you to make sure that you go through this short t&c paragraph below.

                                On receiving your order, please make sure your film the whole unboxing video on your mobile phones or any device of your choice. Doing so will ensure that no one places a refund/exchange request for a damaged product that got damaged due to their mishandling. 

                                Fillming a video of the unboxing will not only make it easier for us to shortlist the customers applying for refund or exchange but will also ensure that all of our customers recieve the best of our products.
